模糊控制器在消防车变幅系统中的应用研究

【Abstract in Chinese】 针对消防车变幅双缸前支撑系统中存在负载不均衡、系统不稳定性、外在干扰以及常规控制难以解决的非线性、时变及滞后等问题,提出综合模糊控制器与电液比例同步控制相结合的控制系统,改善这些缺点。在系统中应用由轨迹模糊控制器与同步协调模糊控制器组成的综合模糊控制器,提高系统同步精度。试验及仿真结果表明,综合模糊控制器在电液比例同步控制系统中应用能够提高系统同步平衡精度,并且能很好地改善消防车变幅系统的稳定性。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of in unbalanced loadings,system uncertainties,exterior disturbances and the nonlinear,time variant and time deceleration difficulty of routine control in the before the urn support systems of fire truck luffing system,the control system combined integrate fuzzy controller and electro-hydraulic proportional synchronization control was put forward.The integrate fuzzy controller was composed of track fuzzy controller and synchronization fuzzy controller,which can effectively improve the synchronous precision.Experimental and simulation results indicate that the application of integrate fuzzy controller can improve system synchronizing precision in electro-hydraulic proportional synchronization control system,and can effective improve stability of fire engines luffing system.
